The Payment Cluster delivers fast, client-focused payment products and services globally, combining product management, sales support, and IT system operations on different platforms. The role is part of the TalentBank internship program in Digital Technology Centre Poland, designed for students or graduates to gain professional experience in IT and banking.
Wymagania
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/LINUX.
- Basic knowledge of MQ / iFG.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Student after second year or graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic, or related studies.
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD.
- Experience with Java applications.
- Basic knowledge of JIRA/Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
Obowiązki
- Understand applications, data flows, and business purposes to integrate new modules or changes.
- Support installation instances including integration, acceptance, and production environments.
- Ensure processing and transport of deployment packages from development to production.
- Maintain stable operation of production environments.
- Handle incidents, problems, and changes using ticketing systems.
- Communicate with developers and operations teams.
- Optimize production operations and implement changes per requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Organize functional testing of software with the test team and manage final implementation into production.
- Serve as contact for vendor software, interfaces, compliance/audit, and user administration queries.
- Support rollouts in production and prepare ad-hoc reports.
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing Java applications.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
