TalentBank is an original internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland, aimed to enable students and graduates to gain professional experience in the IT and banking industry. Commerzbank is a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries, transitioning to a digital enterprise. The Document Lifecycle cluster mission is to enable a paperless bank by creating a globally consistent and complete archive and front-end infrastructure for document generation, scanning, electronic transport, and archiving for bank and client. The cluster manages more than 70 applications including Assentis DocFamily, Doxis4, SAPERION, and in-house software, running on platforms such as Linux/Solaris, Windows, and IBM z/OS Mainframe.
Wymagania
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Good time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Languages: English and German
- Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot RESTful services
- Basic knowledge of software testing and Maven
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Basic knowledge of Git
Obowiązki
- Implement and maintain software based on business requirements or incidents
- Perform optimizations and performance tasks
- Design, plan, and implement Java applications following bank standard architectures and business requirements
- Share technical knowledge with team colleagues
- Work independently in the assigned role
