IT Admin/Support (multi-cloud)

Our client integrates production-grade, governed AI workflows into complex enterprise systems by addressing friction points such as poor integration and lack of domain expertise. They combine deep domain knowledge with advanced AI capabilities to accelerate deployment of reliable AI products for complex enterprise workflows. The leadership team includes experienced industry professionals with a background in global consulting and software engineering.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with hyperscale infrastructure in multi-cloud environments
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization
• Knowledge of cloud identity solutions such as Azure AD, Okta, or other IAM cloud providers
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to articulate complex identity concepts

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Co-configuring and maintaining hyperscale infrastructure across multi-cloud environments
• Overseeing employee access management, identity provisioning, and permission control across cloud platforms and GitHub
• Administering core IT systems while collaborating with distributed global teams
• Supporting internal projects by prioritizing, queuing, and resolving technical service requests
• Conducting periodic reviews of user access rights and privileged accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
