Backend Developer (k/m) [85-130 zł/h netto + VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company working on diverse custom projects for a long-term client in the leasing industry. The development team includes Fullstack Developers, an IT Architect, a Team Manager, and a Business Analyst, working mainly with agile methodologies and focusing on code quality.

• Approximately 4 years of commercial experience as a developer.
• Proficiency in Java 11+, Spring 5+, Spring Boot 3+, Hibernate.
• Experience with Tomcat, JPA, Agentic AI Development/Vibecoding.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, MS SQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, OracleDB.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API, Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience with Docker/Podman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, Gradle, Maven.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
• Basic understanding of code quality principles (SOLID, design patterns).
• Knowledge of team collaboration practices like code review and pair programming.

Nice to have:

• Relevant education.
• Experience with Camunda, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, Nexus.
• English communication skills at approx. B2 level.
• Polish language skills at minimum C1 level.
• Soft skills including open communication, responsibility, independence in client contact, and willingness to learn and share knowledge.

• Designing and preparing solutions according to client requirements.
• Collaborating with the project team throughout the SDLC.
• Ensuring code quality through code review and unit testing.
• Participating in task estimation.
• Conducting workshops with the client to co-develop solutions.
• Working within agile methodologies.
• Developing competencies towards senior or fullstack roles.
