Senior .Net Developer- Freelance (C# / AI / Uno platform)

People More is a company with a large client base in Poland and abroad, building projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or partially. They work directly for clients and support partners' solutions, offering a wide range of projects and the ability to change. They operate internationally.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience using C# and .NET
• Senior-level experience and ability to independently lead complex technical topics
• Experience with existing, complex codebases
• Good knowledge of application security, system stability, and production-readiness practices
• Experience analyzing technical debt and planning and implementing remediation measures
• Knowledge of best practices related to monitoring, deployment processes, CI/CD, and error handling
• Experience using AI tools in software development
• Ability to independently analyze requirements, propose solutions, and make technical decisions
• Strong communication skills and confidence in direct client interactions
• Very good command of English for technical communication
• Very good command of Polish
• Availability to work at least partially during US business hours
• Availability for at least 50% of a full-time workload

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of or project experience with Uno Platform.

• Developing and maintaining applications using .NET technologies
• Gaining a thorough understanding of the existing codebase and independently assessing its quality and architecture
• Designing and implementing new features
• Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues
• Identifying and addressing issues related to application security, stability, and maintainability
• Improving technical areas that require modernization or refactoring
• Supporting the preparation of the application and its environment for secure production use
• Contributing to the design of monitoring, deployment, error-handling, and incident-response processes
• Using AI tools in day-to-day software development and code analysis
• Independently proposing technical solutions and planning their implementation
• Maintaining regular and direct communication with an international client
• Discussing requirements, technical risks, recommended solutions, and project progress with the client
• Ensuring high standards of code quality, security, readability, and maintainability.
