IT Tech Lead/IT Designer with German

Sollers Consulting Sp. z.o.o is hiring an IT Tech Lead/IT Designer to implement and customize the Guidewire core insurance system using an alternative JVM language, working with clients in the insurance domain.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer using Java/Gosu.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead or Architect).
• Fluency in English and German (at least B2/C1 level).
• Hands-on experience with system integration or in the insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including facilitating workshops.
• Experience in effort estimation and risk identification.
• Experience with Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar.
• Readiness to travel regularly.
• Ability to work in the European Union.
