IT Project Manager – MFA & Identity Security

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including complex technology initiatives in large organizations.
• Experience with cybersecurity projects, IAM, or MFA solution implementations.
• Effective collaboration with development, infrastructure, security, architecture teams, and external vendors.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end including scope, budget, schedule, coordination, status reporting, and risk management.
• Knowledge and application of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to business stakeholders and management.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe).
• Higher education degree.

• Comprehensive management of IT projects related to implementing and developing MFA and identity security solutions.
• Coordination of cooperation among technical teams including developers, infrastructure, maintenance, architects, security teams, and external vendors.
• End-to-end project management: planning scope, schedule, budget, resources, and monitoring progress.
• Supervision of preparation and alignment of project requirements focusing on security, performance, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Identification and management of project risks, technical dependencies, and vendor commitments.
• Preparation of status reports, management documentation, and communication of project progress to key stakeholders and management.
