Technical Delivery Project Manager

Formula5 is hiring a Project Manager to join the Delivery Excellence team focusing on client delivery and managing multiple small to medium projects concurrently.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments.
• At least 3 years managing Microsoft cloud/infra projects.
• Experience with change management is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in agile and scrum practices, adaptable to various project management frameworks.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar.

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent client and internal projects, managing scope, timeline, and quality.
• Serve as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships and clear expectations.
• Manage project budgets, track actuals, and protect margin without compromising quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones and resource assignments.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams including consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Drive project governance and reporting, providing status updates and escalation protocols.
• Identify and manage risks, maintain issue logs, and facilitate mitigation plans.
• Champion quality assurance, reviewing deliverables against scope and client expectations.
• Contribute to continual improvement of internal delivery practices, templates, and standards.
