• Minimum 2 years experience in IT systems or e-commerce platform maintenance.
• Knowledge of online sales platforms and e-commerce processes.
• Experience handling incidents and problems in production environments.
• Ability to analyze application logs and diagnose issues.
• Understanding of network services, API, and system integrations.
• Experience using ticketing tools like Jira Service Management, Trello, or similar.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level for working with technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with system integrations (REST API, SOAP, data exchange files).
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, PIM, WMS systems and their integrations.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Pingdom or similar).
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and ability to run simple queries.

• Ensure continuous operation of the e-commerce platform and cooperating systems.
• Monitor availability, performance, and correctness of application and services using available tools.
• Register, analyze, and handle incidents and requests per procedures and SLA.
• Diagnose causes of failures and coordinate repair actions with IT teams and vendors.
• Collaborate on implementing new system versions, fixes, and production changes.
• Verify system functionality post-deployment and participate in pre-deployment testing.
• Monitor integrations with ERP, CRM, PIM, WMS, payment systems, courier companies, and other external services.
• Support business users regarding e-commerce platform functionality.
• Create and update technical documentation and maintenance procedures.
• Analyze system logs and identify areas for optimization.
• Cooperate with development teams on error analysis and improvement planning.
• Participate in planning and executing maintenance work.
