Manager ds. Projektów E-commerce (m/k) - Katowice

• Self-reliance and self-organization in managing e-commerce projects.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital transformation.
• Experience managing projects involving business and IT teams.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to plan schedules, budgets, and project resources.
• Experience managing risk, changes, and project communication.
• Knowledge of online sales processes and e-commerce platform functionalities.
• Skilled in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing e-commerce platforms or ERP, CRM, PIM, WMS, CMS systems.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMI-ACP, AgilePM, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scrum Master.
• Experience cooperating with technology suppliers and software houses.
• Basic knowledge of UX, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Basic knowledge of process modeling tools (BPMN, UML).

• Plan, organize, and coordinate projects for e-commerce platform and digital service development.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to evaluation.
• Develop and monitor schedules, project plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate cooperation among business, IT, and UX/UI teams.
• Manage project scope, priorities, risks, changes, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and report project status to management and stakeholders.
• Organize and conduct project meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Support business requirements analysis and translate into project action plans.
• Coordinate collaboration with external suppliers and supervise service delivery.
• Ensure quality and compliance of solutions with business requirements.
• Support implementation of new functionalities and coordinate tests and business acceptance.
• Identify process improvements and implement project management best practices.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
