• 3-5 years of Product Management experience with a B2B SaaS product, dealing with enterprise customers and Product Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Metabase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Strong knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Superior ability to articulate data plans to non-technical stakeholders and translate complex "data-speak" into meaningful features.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of converting data to insights.
• Experience using AI for prompting, prototyping, and research; understanding fine-tuning and human-evaluation on AI models.
• Agility in working style, with the ability to pivot based on data-driven insights.

Nice to have:

• Experience in data-heavy industries such as LMS, Reporting, or Logging.
• Technical background with ability to engage in architectural discussions regarding data pipelines.
• Cybersecurity knowledge, including frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.

• Lead the discovery and delivery of data-centric features, ensuring high adoption of reporting tools.
• Define and implement a roadmap backed by KPIs, focusing on data accuracy and user engagement with insights.
• Work daily with Analytics and Data Engineering teams, reading raw data and translating it into a product vision.
• Partner with Engineering and Design for implementation, then align with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to communicate the value of insights.
• Conduct deep-dive sessions with B2B customers to quantify their data needs and translate them into feature requirements.
• Take full ownership of the product area, setting independent goals and priorities aligned with the company vision.

The role is open to candidates based in Europe with employment through Employee of Record (EoR) via Deel, or based in Athens, Greece, with relocation support available. Hybrid work mode applies if located in Athens (2 days in office). Fully remote work is also an option for non-Attica residents. Tax benefits and relocation bonuses apply for relocations.
