IT Business Analyst Manager

• Leadership and Project Manager skills.
• Managing tasks and projects via internal systems such as Jira.
• IT Systems Integration (B2B) methods and execution.
• Knowledge of shopfloor and logistics systems functionality, preferably in manufacturing, distribution or service environment.
• Hands-on skills in IT Applications (ERP or Shop Floor).
• Experience in creating specifications in an IT Department.
• Ability to write SQL queries to extract ad-hoc information from databases.
• Experience of working under pressure to deliver high accuracy.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience of problem solving.
• Very good English language skills.

• Ensure the local Business Analyst team are working on the correct tasks with the correct priorities.
• Act as the first escalation point for the Bydgoszcz site.
• Involvement in strategic system migrations, updates and new customer implementations, projects and enhancements.
• Data management reporting for customers.
• Managing tasks and projects via Jira.
