Administrator / Administratorka systemów IT

• 1-3 years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization platforms like Hyper-V and VMware.
• Experience working with Exchange and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with backup systems and recovery procedures.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Understanding of IT security and computer networking concepts.
• English language proficiency at least at intermediate level (B1/B2) for working with technical documentation.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE or newer).
• Experience with monitoring systems.

• Administration and maintenance of Windows servers (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022).
• Management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO services.
• Administration of the Exchange system and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving infrastructure system issues.
• Managing backups and system recovery processes.
• Implementing updates, patches, and security solutions.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Collaborating with the IT team on projects and ongoing user support.
