Software Delivery & QA Consultant

Sollers Consulting was founded in 2000 and focuses on transforming the financial and insurance industries by adapting to new technologies. The company acts as a consultancy and software integrator, emphasizing collaboration and expertise in complex enterprise environments.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, product ownership, or solution delivery in complex enterprises.
• Good understanding of software delivery lifecycle, CI/CD, release management, test environments, and route-to-live processes.
• Ability to structure ambiguous topics into clear deliverables, operating models, process flows, recommendations, and executive-level materials.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies, test management, and UAT processes.
• Practical experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical skills to translate technical findings into business-oriented conclusions.
• Ability to prepare documentation, workshop materials, presentations, and reports.
• At least a bachelor's degree preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar.
• Great command of English language (at least C1 level).
• Eligibility to work in Poland and the EU on a full-time basis.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure, SaaS platforms, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, observability, test data management, or integration landscapes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analysis.

• Be a key part of the consulting and delivery team during complex IT transformations for financial institutions, primarily in the insurance sector.
• Bridge the gap between business and technology by conducting business analysis, defining functional requirements, and translating technical findings into business-oriented conclusions.
• Promote and embed high Quality Assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring test strategies align with business and technical goals.
• Address challenges in DevOps, environment management, and software delivery engineering by supporting the design and optimization of environments, release strategies, and route-to-live pipelines.
• Ensure solution quality end-to-end, from designing and executing analytical test scenarios to driving UAT processes with business stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality, client-facing materials including workshop content, presentations, process documentation, and reports.
• Actively contribute within an Agile framework, taking ownership of workstreams and driving tasks forward in an international environment.

To be able to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis is required.
