Business Analyst with German

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
• Great command of English (at least C1 level) for confident collaboration with native speakers.
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2/C1 level).
• Understanding of agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to complex problems.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of insurance processes.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT companies, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
• Experience applying agile frameworks like Scrum, and scaling frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, or SAFe.
• Fluency in French.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for work while based in Poland.

• Be a part of consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Collaborate closely with software developers and IT architects daily.
• Perform varied tasks in different roles within an international environment.
• Actively participate in Agile team processes and take ownership of assigned topics.
