The team in Grodzisk Mazowiecki consists of 150 people, with over 90% staying long-term. This role acts as a key intersection between production, logistics, sales, and marketing, where decisions on data structure and system development priorities directly impact company operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with ERP, WMS, e-commerce, or B2B systems.
• Understanding of processes involving logistics, warehouse, sales, and production.
• Proficient practical skills in working with large data sets in Excel (pivot tables, validations, bulk import/export).
• Ability to quickly analyze problems and communicate effectively with business and technology suppliers.
• Independence, accuracy, strong process orientation, and quality focus.

Nice to have:

• Fundamentals of SQL.
• Experience with integrations (API, EDI, CSV/XML/JSON files).
• Knowledge of PIM, MDM, data governance concepts.
• Ability to conduct mini-implementation projects (including UAT testing, regression).
• Experience with tools like Jira, YouTrack, ServiceDesk, Confluence, or SharePoint.

• Develop and optimize processes in key systems (ERP, WMS, e-commerce, B2B platform) and supporting tools.
• Supervise and actively participate in implementing a new e-commerce platform.
• Coordinate and monitor integrations and smooth data flow between systems (products, prices, stock, orders, contractors).
• Manage product master data: ensure standardization, completeness, correctness, and proper attribute structure.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, sales, marketing, and customer service for business requirement gathering and data quality maintenance.
• Handle requests and plan system development (backlog management): prioritize, conduct UAT tests, and monitor post-implementation effects.
• Create clear documentation of processes and data standards, and train users on new solutions.
• Cooperate with external suppliers (integrators, software houses, vendors) and coordinate their tasks.
