Modern Endpoint Expert

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Required certification: Microsoft Windows Endpoint Administrator or equivalent.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the Windows Operating System in Unclassified and Restricted environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating System.
• Excellent knowledge of workstation imaging troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of application deployment.
• Experience and excellent knowledge in managing Telemetry on Windows Operating System.
• Experience and excellent knowledge in managing Configuration Baselines on workstations.
• Practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Experience and excellent knowledge in troubleshooting Microsoft Intune Autopilot.
• Ability to monitor workstations in large-scale IT environments.
• Experience and excellent knowledge of Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) using Microsoft Intune.
• Possession of valid Security Clearance from the first day of service.

• Administration and maintenance of workstation environments and troubleshooting operating system configurations.
• Managing deployments of operating systems, updates, and end-device configurations.
• Preparing, testing, and deploying applications, and monitoring their proper functioning in user environments.
• Automating administrative tasks using scripts.
• Managing end-device configurations and monitoring compliance with standards.
• Collaborating with technical teams to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure problems.
• Monitoring workstation environments, analyzing incidents, and implementing corrective actions.

Possession of valid Security Clearance is required from the first day of service.
