They help international developers and publishers bring their games to new platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox. The company works with clients ranging from indie developers to international publishers and has recently scaled to larger productions including AAA-level projects.
Wymagania
- Experience managing delivery or production in a services or project-based business with multiple concurrent projects
- Background in gaming or tech services industry
- Direct client-facing experience including managing difficult conversations
- Commercial literacy: understanding margin, estimation, and profitability risks
- Comfort with decision making and accountability
- Working knowledge of porting, remakes, remasters, or full game development workflows is a strong plus
- English proficiency sufficient to lead calls with international publishers
Obowiązki
Running live projects:
- Daily status review across all active productions
- Resolving blockers before they escalate
- Coordination between the producer, teams, and QA
- Owning contractual deadlines and milestone delivery
Client ownership:
- First point of contact when a project slips or encounters technical problems
- Running project calls independently
- Making decisions on deliverables and methods
Budget, margin, and quality:
- P&L per project: forecasting, budget consumption, and margin management
- Early detection of scope creep and escalation to protect profitability
- Quality control across delivery
Team leadership:
- 1:1s with producer and QA lead, coordination with outsourcing tech leads
- Resource allocation across projects
- Hiring, performance management, compensation, and terminations
- Driving AI adoption in daily work when it measurably helps
