Platform Engineer

Mindbox connects top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. This role is part of a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation programme in financial services, focused on a global IDAM transformation at enterprise scale.

• Cloud Platform Engineering experience with GCP.
• Strong Kubernetes administration skills.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Expertise in CI/CD and GitOps automation.
• Solid Linux and Networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Service Mesh (e.g., Istio, Envoy), PKI, and secrets management.
• Familiarity with observability tools for logging, monitoring, and tracing.
• DevSecOps mindset with scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with global deployment in large-scale environments.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.

• Build and maintain cloud-native platform services supporting the IDAM 2.0 programme.
• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters and supporting components.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated deployments.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Manage cloud networking, security, and connectivity.
• Configure service mesh and secure service-to-service communication.
• Ensure observability: logging, monitoring, metrics, and tracing.
• Secure secrets management and automate certificate lifecycle.
• Support high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance requirements.
• Drive cost optimisation, performance tuning, and SRE best practices.
