Organizational Change Manager (ServiceNow SPM)

Link Group is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager specialized in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to support a recently implemented platform's adoption within IT PMO operations, focusing on organizational change and user engagement.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• At least 5 years of experience in organizational change management and driving user adoption.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide technology implementation change initiatives.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• Good understanding of portfolio management, demand management, investment planning, financial management, and project management processes.
• Strong project management background coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Support the stabilization and ongoing adoption of newly implemented ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges, improvement opportunities, and adoption barriers.
• Develop action plans addressing process, reporting, configuration, data quality, and user adoption gaps.
• Prepare and maintain governance documentation, operating procedures, process documentation, and work instructions.
• Design and deliver training materials, user documentation, knowledge articles, and communication plans.
• Facilitate end-user training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Act as the ServiceNow SPM subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practice recommendations.
• Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption across the user community.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and handover to internal IT PMO teams.
