Project Manager

The person hired will join the PMO team at BitPeak, working on projects for companies in Poland and internationally. They will collaborate with the Program Manager on diverse and challenging data-related projects in a global environment.

• Professional experience managing IT projects with budgets exceeding PLN 200k and minimum 2 years in such roles
• Proven success in managing complex projects involving multiple processes, diverse groups, and system integration
• Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
• Detail-oriented with structured and methodical planning skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize assigned tasks effectively
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at B2/C1 level

• Experience with Asana
• Business analysis skills

• Manage areas in large and complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives alongside the Program Manager
• Manage project delivery of product and system functionality to meet business requirements within specified timeframe and budget
• Lead project teams by identifying resource needs, acquiring resources, motivating and coordinating team members
• Order and supervise the performance of assigned tasks to ensure timely and effective project execution
• Oversee and coordinate project risk management activities
• Manage quality within the projects
• Report on activities within the scope of assigned responsibilities
