Salesforce Team Lead

YourITeams is seeking a Salesforce Team Lead to manage and deliver client engagements through a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce consultants and developers, operating in an international and agile environment.

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Salesforce professional.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its architecture.
• Salesforce Certifications are required.
• Demonstrated team management or leadership experience.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate openly and constructively with colleagues and clients.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methods and practical experience applying them.
• Fluent English.
• German language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Willingness to operate in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Automotive Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Experience within the automotive industry.

• Lead delivery of multiple client engagements by managing and supporting a team of Salesforce consultants and developers.
• Ensure teams follow Salesforce best practices and obtain relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Design and validate technical and functional solutions informed by client governance, roles, processes and behaviours.
• Apply Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum) and proven methodologies (e.g., EVD for Salesforce) to accelerate solution development and ensure value delivery.
• Monitor team performance and take personal accountability to keep projects on track, addressing obstacles and facilitating resolution.
• Remain current with Salesforce product capabilities and incorporate appropriate product functionality into client solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the solution development and delivery cycle.
• Support change management and help team members adapt to evolving requirements and ambiguous situations.
• Promote knowledge building across sectors and apply established Salesforce methodologies to resolve client IT challenges.
