Machine Learning Engineer

Their activities include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science
• Experience in building, training, and validating ML models
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, LightGBM, XGBoost
• Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server with focus on query optimization, indexing, and handling large data volumes
• Skills in data preparation and processing, including data wrangling and feature engineering
• Experience deploying models to production via API, batch processing, and system integration
• Understanding of MLOps best practices: model versioning, CI/CD, and Docker
• Ability to work with data pipelines and ETL tools such as SSIS and Python-based solutions

• Designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning models supporting sales and financial products
• Preparing, analyzing, and processing data including feature engineering and data quality assurance
• Building and optimizing SQL queries and working with large datasets
• Creating and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
• Deploying ML models into production environments (API, batch processing, system integrations)
• Monitoring and optimizing model effectiveness
• Developing and maintaining MLOps processes including CI/CD, model versioning, and Docker
• Collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver end-to-end data science projects

The project location is Warsaw/Poznań with a hybrid work mode.
