Project Manager

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst delivering software projects end-to-end in complex enterprise environments
• Strong support operations mindset with structured triage and high-volume query handling
• Business analysis and requirements engineering including eliciting requirements, documenting scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Delivery coordination and ownership including RAID management and prioritization
• Confident stakeholder communication managing SLA/ETA and influencing without formal authority
• Practical Agile experience including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and using Jira and Confluence
• Metrics-driven mindset defining and tracking operational KPIs and driving process improvement

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and lifecycle
• Experience in regulated environments with governance, risk, security, and data privacy awareness
• Basic understanding of cloud/platform services and access management
• Workshop facilitation, note-taking, and action tracking experience
• Strong documentation habits and customer journey/process improvement mindset

• Monitor and manage the AI Platform Teams support channel by responding to user queries and routing requests to appropriate resolver groups
• Act as the primary contact for onboarding and migration requests, guiding users through platform requirements and capabilities
• Capture structured onboarding inputs and translate ambiguous requests into clear, actionable requirements
• Log, track, and chase bugs and issues across dependent teams; drive progress and unblock dependencies
• Track onboarding and support requests end-to-end, providing regular status updates and managing stakeholder expectations
• Maintain and improve onboarding artifacts such as FAQs, templates, playbooks, intake forms, and dashboards
• Define and track operational KPIs and build clear stakeholder reporting to drive continuous improvement
