SRE Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves joining a large-scale, multi-year platform program and working closely with international teams.

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (including Istio, Helm)
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Maintain and support production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, SLOs/SLIs, and incident response.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development to streamline deployments.
• Automate processes using scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
• Collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in limited on-call rotations (currently not required for this position).
• Document processes and conduct post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD, Tekton)
