Technical Project Manager

Square One Resources is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale Smart Building & Digital Systems program. The role involves coordinating technology workstreams across multidisciplinary teams, managing vendor and stakeholder interfaces, and ensuring smooth project lifecycles in Smart Building and Digital Infrastructure domains.

• 8–12 years of experience managing complex technology projects.
• Proven experience delivering Smart Building, Digital Infrastructure, or Intelligent Building projects.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as ICT, ELV, Audio Visual (AV), Security Systems, Access Control, Building Management Systems (BMS), Internet of Things (IoT), and Smart Workplace solutions.
• Experience managing multiple technology vendors and coordinating technology delivery within large-scale construction or fit-out projects.
• Good understanding of testing & commissioning, systems integration, and operational readiness processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and international project environment.

• Lead the day-to-day coordination of technology workstreams across multiple project teams.
• Manage interfaces between technology vendors, construction teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate technical coordination meetings and proactively drive the resolution of project challenges.
• Coordinate activities across design, procurement, implementation, testing & commissioning, system integration, and project handover.
• Support project governance, reporting, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of integrated Smart Building technology solutions.
