ASTEK Polska is hiring a Trend Researcher experienced in trend research, foresight, market analysis, and consumer needs research, ideally with 2-4 years of experience. The role involves working with large data sets and various monitoring tools like Trend Watcher and Trend Hunter to identify megatrends and early signals of change.

• Professional experience (ideally 2-4 years) in trend research, foresight, market analysis, or consumer needs research.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Trend Watcher and Trend Hunter, and ability to apply concepts like megatrends and signals of change.
• Comfortable working with data, able to derive coherent and strategic conclusions by combining qualitative and quantitative data.
• Talent for storytelling to create inspiring presentations and clearly communicate complex insights to non-technical personnel and management.
• Proficient in reading and analyzing foreign industry reports with English language skills at minimum B2/C1 level.
• Higher education in sociology, anthropology, cultural studies, consumer psychology, or related fields.
• Experience in banking, FinTech sector, or knowledge of financial regulations is a plus.
• Predispositions for working with Big Data and predictive analytics.

• Actively track, analyze, and define early signals of change, consumer trends, and macroeconomic trends.
• Collect and synthesize data from diverse sources such as industry reports, social media, influencer activities, and startups.
• Conduct research processes including desk research, netnographic studies, market benchmarking, and evaluation of market innovation potential.
• Create cross-sectional reports and comprehensive trend maps to support the development of new solutions.
• Present collected insights to management and various audiences, supporting the innovation design process.
