Senior OutSystems Developer

Upvanta is looking for an experienced Senior OutSystems Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern business applications using the OutSystems technology in an enterprise environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in programming and application development using OutSystems.
• OutSystems certification.
• Strong knowledge of the OutSystems platform and OutSystems UI framework.
• Practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PL/SQL.
• Experience working with XML and JSON data formats.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience designing application architecture and documenting technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Understanding of software testing, application security, cybersecurity, and risk management.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience leading the frontend area in projects using the OutSystems platform.
• Knowledge of responsive application design, digital accessibility, and good UX/UI practices.
• Experience working in large, international organizations and enterprise environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using the OutSystems technology.
• Ensure the continuity of information systems and provide application support.
• Create high-quality programming solutions that meet business requirements and security standards.
• Collaborate with designers, business experts, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable web applications.

• Integrate systems and components using XML and JSON data formats.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, deployment, and environment configurations.
• Update technical documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams and backend developers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
