- Experience in software testing at the Test Coordinator or Test Manager level
- Good knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
- Practical understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Planning, organization, and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Very good command of the German language (mandatory)
Obowiązki
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of the testing process
- Preparing test strategies, plans, and schedules (Test Manager role)
- Coordinating test execution according to the established plan (Test Coordinator role)
- Monitoring quality and progress of testing work
- Managing test documentation and test cases
- Preparing test execution reports
- Collaborating with developers, testers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders
- Identifying risks and supporting the bug fixing process
