Project Manager

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development, providing diverse IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in project or transformational program management.
• Experience with IT projects related to financial systems.
• Experience in M&A, integrations, or major organizational transformations.
• Knowledge of financial processes in the insurance sector.
• Experience working with management and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage risks, budgets, and project dependencies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and make decisions under time pressure.

• Managing integration of financial areas within merger programs.
• Coordinating collaboration between business and IT teams.
• Managing project schedule, budget, scope, and risks.
• Overseeing implementation of changes in financial systems (ERP, invoice workflow).
• Preparing the organization for the Day One merger and ensuring continuity of financial processes.
• Reporting progress to management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with finance, IT, HR, legal, compliance, and business departments.

Hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.
