Senior IT Analyst – Data & ML Solutions

• Implementation of AWS SageMaker in direct collaboration with data scientists
• Communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, and big data
• Knowledge of SQL and Python

Nice to have:

• Implementation of model monitoring and ML Ops capabilities
• Integration of AWS SageMaker model output with cloud/hybrid/on-prem solutions
• Advanced knowledge of ML algorithms
• Knowledge of Spark/Scala

• Help design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Work closely with stakeholders across the company to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features
• Manage delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units
• Work in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team
• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions based on business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements

Location requirement: Gdańsk or Gdynia with hybrid work (3 days per week at the office).
