Wymagania
- Knowledge of methodologies for requirements elicitation and preparation of functional and quality specifications for IT systems.
- Minimum three years of experience in IT projects in the banking/financial sector.
- Practical experience in specification of business processes, functional and quality requirements, data models, and system integration.
- Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions, and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork skills and effective communication.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Willingness to continuously upgrade skills and acquire knowledge in technology.
Obowiązki
- Developing and maintaining systems for processing payments in the Polish and European markets.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Developing functional and quality requirement specifications within system analysis.
- Collaborating with team members and external teams (IT, Business) on solution design.
- Managing change, maintaining documentation quality and consistency.
- Verifying implementation compliance with specifications.
- Preparing test scenarios.
- Acting as a proxy Product Owner in the payments area.
