Standard of Care Field Expert / Medical Science Liaison

• Higher education (master's or doctorate) in medical, pharmaceutical, or biological sciences - mandatory.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2+/C1) enabling fluent communication and discussions on scientific and clinical topics - mandatory.
• Category B driving license and readiness for frequent business travels across Poland - mandatory.
• Interest in career development within Medical Affairs and collaboration with medical experts.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
• Independence, proactivity, flexibility, and effective self-organization skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience in research, clinical environments, or areas such as aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or neurotoxins.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.

• Act as a scientific-medical expert for doctors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders in aesthetic medicine.
• Communicate up-to-date clinical and scientific knowledge about the product, including efficacy, safety, and proper usage.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with physicians, medical experts, and scientific societies.
• Deliver presentations and participate in conferences, scientific meetings, advisory boards, and educational events.
• Collect and report medical insights from the market to support company strategies and educational activities.
• Support investigator-initiated studies (IIS), clinical projects, and medical education initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs teams and other company departments while maintaining high standards of compliance and ethics.
• Conduct field activities across Poland, including meetings with healthcare professionals and participation in scientific events.
