junior sales and recruitment consultant (IT)

Randstad is a global leader in HR services, designing solutions that drive the largest enterprises. The role is in their Warsaw office, within a team focused on IT recruitment.

• Experience in dynamic and changing environments (experience in NGOs, telephone fundraising, volunteer recruitment, project coordination, event industry, or B2B service sales is a plus)
• Strong willingness to learn and acquire knowledge
• No fear of making phone calls
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent self-organization and independence
• Good command of the English language
• Availability for full-time work

• Maintain business contacts and relationships with clients and prospects
• Learn effective sales, relationship building, and sales conversations
• Source candidates and conduct interviews regarding new job offers
• Participate in job fairs and conferences to build your network
• Achieve recruitment and sales plans
• Report activities in CRM and ATS systems
• Ensure high levels of candidate and client experience
