business development consultant IT (perm & contracting)

Randstad is a global company with an established market position, recruiting for a role focused on the IT recruitment services sector in the Warsaw area and the central and eastern regions of Poland (Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, Lubelskie).

• Minimum 2 years of documented B2B client experience, particularly in Account Management or Client Service, with a motivation to develop business and acquire new partners in IT recruitment (perm or contracting/outsourcing)
• Knowledge of the Polish IT recruitment services market
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Very good command of English (minimum B2) due to daily cooperation with international clients and candidates
• Fluent Polish language skills
• Independence, proactivity, and excellent personal organization in a dynamic environment
• Business goal orientation and ambition to grow the client portfolio in central and eastern Poland

Nice to have:

• Driving license category B

• Manage and develop sales and partnerships, maintaining current business partners and actively acquiring new IT clients, including international ones, in Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, and Lubelskie regions
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with decision-makers (CTO, CIO, IT Directors, HRBP) in technology companies
• Represent Randstad at industry meetings, conferences, and job fairs dedicated to the modern technology sector
• Monitor IT market trends and adjust strategies to meet client needs and availability of technical specialists
• Independently plan activities and report results using CRM systems
