Solution Architect

The role is within the banking industry, focusing on mortgage loan origination and servicing solutions. The model of work is remote from Poland with occasional visits to office locations in Warsaw or the Tri-City area.

• Expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration.
• Holistic thinking combined with detailed analysis skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology (SAFe).
• Proficient in English for documentation purposes.
• Strong communication skills with suppliers and development teams.

Nice to have:

• General knowledge of Java for effective communication with development teams.
• Familiarity with Angular and Spring Boot technologies.

• Design architecture solutions for mortgage services utilizing modern web and mobile technologies.
• Document solution designs in Confluence and Word.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness complexity into user-friendly solutions.
• Implement solutions following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
