SAP FI & ABAP Technical Consultant

Join a global IT Finance team responsible for delivering and enhancing SAP Finance solutions supporting business operations across multiple regions worldwide. You'll become part of an experienced international team working with SAP S/4HANA, developing solutions that have a direct impact on global Finance processes.

• Around 6+ years of professional experience in SAP and/or Finance-related roles.
• Previous experience as an SAP FI Consultant combined with hands-on ABAP development (practical coding experience).
• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Tax.
• Solid business knowledge to communicate effectively with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and SAP IMG customization.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA; exposure to Central Finance (CFIN) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical SAP solutions.
• Experience creating technical documentation and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Previous professional experience in Accounting or Finance before moving into SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within Agile teams.

• Design, develop and maintain SAP Finance solutions supporting global business operations.
• Deliver technical enhancements and new functionalities within SAP FI using ABAP.
• Analyse Finance business requirements and transform them into high-quality technical solutions.
• Configure and optimise SAP Finance applications to improve business processes and system performance.
• Work closely with Finance experts, Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts within Agile teams.
• Participate in global SAP Finance initiatives based on SAP S/4HANA and Central Finance.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing activities.
• Drive continuous improvements across Finance systems through technical innovation.
