Agentic AI Solution Architect

Comarch develops intelligent solutions based on language models (LLM), multi-agent systems, and modern AI architectures. The role is responsible for AI architecture design and development for the international product Comarch Loyalty Management (CLM).

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as Software Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Engineer
• Experience designing solutions based on LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI with good knowledge of language model operations
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and Event-Driven architectures
• Practical knowledge of Python, Java, Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka
• Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, ADK, CrewAI, AutoGen) and vector databases (e.g., Qdrant)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps and AI Governance
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring AI)
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling, or function calling
• Experience in loyalty systems or Enterprise solutions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC)

• Designing architecture solutions based on Agentic AI, LLM, and RAG for Comarch Loyalty Management
• Defining architecture of AI agents, data flows, and integration with corporate and legacy systems
• Selecting language models, agent frameworks, and vector databases for projects
• Collaborating with development teams to build scalable and secure AI solutions
• Defining architectural standards, security, and AI Governance for products
• Actively participating in the development of strategic AI functionalities for the international CLM product
