Junior Product Owner

• Based in Szczecin, Wrocław, or Warsaw.
• 1+ year of experience in product or project management.
• Familiarity with software product lifecycle.
• Very good English communication skills (B2/C1).
• Hands-on familiarity with AI assistants.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills: ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people and business context to engineers.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving clarity out of ambiguity.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to robotics, manufacturing, or consumer electronics domains.

• Own and maintain the product backlog: write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize items against product goals, and prepare planning inputs with the engineering team.
• Translate client and business needs into clear product requirements including scope, edge cases, and assumptions.
• Join client meetings with business and engineering stakeholders, prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, and follow up.
• Build product presentations, prototypes, demos, and status updates for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support product discovery activities such as competitor and market scans, user and stakeholder interviews, and synthesize information into product decisions.
• Track progress, surface risks and dependencies early, and keep stakeholders aligned on delivery timelines.
• Use AI assistants daily across the product management workflow to improve efficiency.
