Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of professional Android development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin; Java experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Android Studio, Android SDK, and architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVI, MVP.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and backend service integration.
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming using Coroutines and Flow.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies in mobile applications.

Nice to have:

  • Video streaming experience using MediaCodec, HLS/RTSP/WebRTC protocols, or custom media implementations.
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose for declarative UI development.
  • Knowledge of Android Jetpack components such as ViewModel, WorkManager, DataStore.
  • Knowledge of Android NDK/JNI for native code integration.
  • Familiarity with reactive programming patterns using Kotlin Flow.
  • Experience with Gradle, modular app architecture, and dependency management.
  • Understanding of mobile security practices (encryption, secure storage, authentication).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Android applications.
  • Knowledge of mobile analytics and crash reporting tools (Firebase, Crashlytics, Sentry).
  • Experience with broader Android ecosystem components including Wear OS, Android TV, or app widgets.
  • Experience with iOS development technologies such as Swift, SwiftUI, Objective C, and Xcode.

Obowiązki

  • Develop Android features for the flagship mobile application used by millions of customers.
  • Participate in the entire project life cycle, collaborating cross-functionally with iOS engineers, backend teams, QA, and product managers.
  • Design and implement real-time video streaming features using Android media frameworks, including HLS/RTSP protocols.
  • Build responsive, performant user interfaces following Material Design guidelines and modern Android best practices.
  • Research, evaluate, and apply new Android technologies and methodologies to meet project goals.
  • Exercise judgment to balance quick development and robust solutions.
  • Collaborate on product development and contribute ideas.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
