Product Owner - Core Banking

Colibrix One develops cutting-edge IT solutions for Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and neobanking platforms across the European Union and the UK. Our mission is to create secure, scalable, and high-performance payment technologies that fuel financial innovation and empower businesses in the digital economy.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership roles
• Strong understanding of digital banking, payment platforms, or financial services technology
• Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into technical product features
• Strong knowledge of EU regulations, including DORA and PSD2(3)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Experience working in international or multi-market technology environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for core banking-related products
• Translate business requirements and market needs into clear product specifications and development priorities
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of scalable and secure banking solutions
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Work with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams to define product features and enhancements
• Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor solutions in digital banking and payments
• Support global implementation projects by ensuring product capabilities meet client requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of product performance, scalability, and user experience
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration between product management, architecture, and delivery teams
• Contribute to long-term product strategy across the company’s banking and payment platform ecosystem
