Lead DevOps Engineer

• Senior/lead experience operating production workloads on GCP and GKE (including Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD).
• Expert-level Terraform skills with GitOps workflow experience using Atlantis.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining multi-stage automated deployment pipelines.
• High proficiency in networking and service mesh technologies including Istio and API Gateways (Kong).
• Experience enforcing enterprise security and secrets management (including Auth0, Dex, ESO, SOPS, VPC-SC, IAM).
• Familiarity with databases and datastores such as Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), BigQuery, Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse.
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English (B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Ansible for configuration and disaster recovery.
• Advanced certifications like GCP Professional Cloud Architect, GCP Professional Security Engineer, or Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKS).
• Experience with telemetry and monitoring tools such as Loki, Grafana, or ClickHouse.

• Architect, deploy, and manage highly available and fault-tolerant infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Maintain and scale infrastructure as code using Terraform with GitOps workflows via Atlantis.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Manage networking perimeters, service mesh architectures with Istio mTLS, VirtualServices, and API Gateways (Kong).
• Implement telemetry, log aggregation, and alerting to ensure high availability and fast incident response.
• Enforce security postures (VPC-SC, IAM, Org Policies), manage secrets, maintain compliance standards such as SOC2, and participate in on-call rotations.
