Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead

• 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript) and experience with relevant frameworks
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• Ability to maintain team focus on key initiatives while ensuring operational excellence
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MariaDB and PostgreSQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with agile projects, setting KPIs, and defining and executing OKRs
• Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications
• Fluency in English

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
• Improve the product delivery process
• Drive development and execution of technical strategies to enhance product quality
• Partner with Product to shape the roadmap and align engineering decisions with user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure scalability, reliability, and usability
• Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency
• Champion adoption of AI-assisted development tools across the team
• Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business objectives
