Senior Salesforce Engineer

This role is part of an active enterprise transformation programme for a global client aimed at implementing critical changes in Salesforce Core and building robust data integration pipelines into Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce platforms.

• 5+ years of senior-level, hands-on experience in Salesforce development, system integrations, and enterprise platform management.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch, Future).
• Experience with integration technologies including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and cross-system ETL/eventing.
• Deep understanding of Sales/Service Cloud data models, security (sharing/visibility), and declarative automation.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud features including data streams, DLO/DMO mapping, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation rules.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) components such as Data Extensions, Journey Builder, transactional sends, and data pipelines.

Recognized Certifications (Highly desirable):

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant

• Design and develop programmatic and declarative changes in Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud) as per transformation roadmap.
• Build and optimize end-to-end data flows and event-driven data streaming from Salesforce Core into Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce tools.
• Collaborate with the Lead Solution Architect to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and prevent conflicting or duplicated platform changes.
• Contribute to core technical and integration decisions as project scope and requirements evolve.

Work model is remote from Poland with mandatory availability for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00–19:00 Poland time.
