Senior/Principal Architekt Domenowy AI (K/M)

Alior Bank SA seeks a Senior/Principal Domain Architect specialized in AI with extensive experience in IT, data, solution architecture, and corporate architecture. The role involves working on complex AI, ML, data engineering, and MLOps solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations such as EU AI Act, DORA, and security standards in a banking environment.

• At least 10 years of professional experience in IT, data, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a technical leader, senior architect, or domain architect responsible for complex AI, ML, data engineering, MLOps, or data processing systems.
• Practical experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform and AI/ML tools including Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Vertex AI Enterprise, LangChain/LiteLLM, LLM, RAG, vector databases, model evaluation, and agents.
• Ability to design reference architectures, principles, patterns, guardrails, and architectural decisions for AI and agent systems, including human-in-the-loop, agent autonomy boundaries, and auditability.
• Understanding of regulated sector requirements and ability to incorporate EU AI Act, DORA, KNF Guidelines, NIS2, and OWASP LLM / Agentic into architecture.
• Experience with AI Governance, model risk, or ISO/IEC 42001 is an advantage.
• Effective collaboration with governance, security, DevOps, data science, product owners, development teams, and vendors.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions technically and business-wise.

• Design, develop, and oversee AI solution architectures and reference architectures for Agentic AI aligned with IT strategy, regulations, security, and business objectives.
• Define and maintain principles, patterns, guardrails, and architectural decisions for AI systems, including human-in-the-loop, autonomy control, observability, auditability, result quality, and model risk management.
• Select AI models, platforms, and tools such as Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Vertex AI Enterprise, LangChain/LiteLLM, considering cost, security, privacy, vendor lock-in, and regulatory compliance.
• Design integration of AI agents with domain systems via APIs, MCP, and CI/CD pipelines, supporting transition to Spec-Driven / Agentic SDLC using JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and M365 repositories.
• Collaborate with governance, security, DevOps, data science, product owner teams, development centers, and providers, supporting standards, pattern libraries, knowledge repositories, and technical mentoring for secure AI use.
