Senior Project Manager / Warsaw

DCV Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead an implementation project of the strategic SAP Concur Travel & Expense solution. The role involves managing a multi-country rollout, integration with SAP S/4HANA, and aligning the platform with organizational travel policies and expense management.

• 6–8 years of experience in Project Management, including enterprise system implementation.
• Proven experience managing SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience leading global or multi-country technology deployments.
• Strong knowledge of system integration projects, especially with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP/financial systems.
• Experience in project governance, budget, timeline, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, expense management, and corporate controls.
• Familiarity with change management and end-user training practices.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
• Experience in international, matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of Travel & Expense processes and financial compliance requirements.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) implementation project.
• Oversee the cloning of an existing Concur configuration to enable rapid deployment with minimal redesign.
• Manage the decoupling of the Concur environment from client systems and configure the platform according to the organization's structure and policies.
• Coordinate integrations with external systems, including SAP S/4HANA and other financial applications.
• Plan and execute a multi-country rollout, balancing local and global requirements.
• Establish project governance, manage plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to system decoupling, integrations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, business stakeholders, end users, and external partners.
• Drive change management, communication, user training, and adoption activities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
• Deliver a high-quality, user-friendly expense management solution supporting business efficiency.
