Manager, Product Management

At Relativity, the Infrastructure team focuses on the Structured Storage Platform underpinning RelativityOne, a cloud-native SaaS offering. The company builds enterprise-grade tools using modern cloud technologies including C#, .NET, Azure, Cosmos DB, and Spark.

• 7+ years of product management experience building and delivering custom software.
• 1+ years managing and coaching Product Owners.
• Strong execution skills managing multiple initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with focus on strategic objectives and long-term outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Technical background or hands-on experience with technical platforms and systems.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and distributed systems.
• Experience thriving in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to analyze product and platform metrics.
• Skill delivering features from ideation through implementation.
• Ability to articulate infrastructure and platform strategies to diverse audiences.

Customer Centric:

• Connect with external and internal customers to understand workflows and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering on addressing workflows and pain points.
• Provide recommendations based on customer data and industry standards.

Product Leadership:

• Own product roadmap and backlog for Structured Storage.
• Work with Product Leads on strategy and goals.
• Track and report key product metrics.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment.

Technical Leadership:

• Collaborate with Engineering to meet scalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency, and performance standards.
• Communicate technical aspects of cloud platform architecture.
• Understand technical challenges and propose solutions.
• Engage with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects on future implications.

Product Implementation:

• Break down projects into iterative releases with measurable milestones.
• Manage dependencies across teams collaboratively.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and release notes.
• Align go-to-market strategies for infrastructure capabilities with internal stakeholders.
