Senior Product Manager - AI-First Developer Experience

Relativity develops e-discovery software used by over 13,000 organizations worldwide to manage large volumes of data and identify key issues in litigation, investigations, and compliance. The Product Management team focuses on Engineering Systems delivering platform capabilities that advance AI-first developer experience and support cloud transformation.

• 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
• 1+ years managing and coaching Product Owners.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design or comparable experience.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate product management tasks.
• Familiarity with data analysis for monitoring product health and setting goals.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation/Bicep) and CI/CD patterns.
• Experience building or scaling AI-enabled developer tools and measuring impact.
• Familiarity with AI product delivery considerations such as model evaluation, prompt/agent design, data governance, privacy/security, and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong tactical execution and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery.
• Championing value delivery via incentive-based adoption strategies for features and platforms.

• Craft and shape product strategy and portfolio for AI-first developer experience aligned with cloud transformation.
• Discover and deeply understand internal engineering and external customer needs and market research.
• Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Lead with a data-driven approach using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Manage portfolio operation including roadmap revisions, prioritization, and success metrics.
• Build scalable developer enablement by packaging best practices and measuring adoption.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Serve as player and coach by translating high-level objectives into detailed stories and requirements.
