Staff Systems Administrator – Endpoint Engineering

Relativity is an organization with an IT Operations Endpoint Engineering team responsible for managing and securing entry points to company technology to protect from cyber threats and ensure endpoints run optimally for productivity.

• Demonstrated senior/principal-level experience with endpoint platforms and security controls in an enterprise environment.
• Accountability for endpoint reliability and security outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives spanning IT Operations and Security with strong execution discipline.
• Experience designing and implementing enforceable endpoint security baselines and least privilege controls.

Enterprise Endpoint Architecture & Technical Strategy:

• Define and steward endpoint architecture patterns across management, security, deployment, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership for major endpoint roadmap initiatives such as Intune optimization, Autopilot improvements, Defender/Intune integration, and endpoint analytics.
• Establish gold standard implementation patterns and guardrails to improve reliability and reduce fragmentation.

Endpoint Security Baselines, Hardening, and Least Privilege Leadership:

• Lead design and implementation of endpoint hardening and baseline configuration across platforms.
• Drive least privileged outcomes through engineered controls and governance models.
• Ensure endpoint security controls are enforceable, measurable, and sustainable at scale.

Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership:

• Partner with Security in a shared delivery model focusing on tracking, documentation, auditability, and technical alignment.
• Ensure disciplined work management including ticket-based initiation, remediation plans, operational readiness, and validated testing.

Platform Engineering & Operational Excellence:

• Configure enforcement, remediations, reporting, and repeatable deployment pipelines.
• Establish standards for staged rollouts and enforcement readiness to minimize disruption.

Highest-Tier Escalation, Incident Leadership, and Problem Resolution:

• Serve as final escalation for complex endpoint incidents and security-impacting failures.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Mentor engineers on troubleshooting standards, escalation hygiene, and runbook quality.

Standards, Documentation, and Knowledge Systems:

• Own high-quality runbooks, standards, and operational documentation.
• Produce executive-ready technical artifacts for security and IT leadership decisions.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
