Senior Project Manager

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects interfacing with business, including complex technological projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing projects involving business process and IT system changes in large matrix organizations.
• Proficiency with management support tools, especially JIRA, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and artificial intelligence.
• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of ethical and legal aspects of AI, including RODO, databases, and explainability.
• Strong communication skills capable of explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams including developers, analysts, and business experts.
• Skills in risk and budget management within projects.
• Experience managing projects with both internal and external clients.
• Business goal orientation and value delivery focus.
• Higher technical education in fields such as computer science, automation, mathematics, econometrics, or related.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe.
• Must provide services hybrid with minimum 3 days in the office and 2 remote (more days in office allowed).
• Must provide services from the territory of Poland.

• Lead and supervise IT project execution, including AI-related components.
• Collaborate with development teams, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance with legal requirements (e.g., RODO, AI Act) and ethical standards.
• Participate in software service procurement processes.
• Prepare and verify management documentation such as budgets, schedules, and project registers.
• Plan project team work and report project status within the organization.
• Manage suppliers operationally in ongoing projects.
• Report project status to management and partake in strategic reviews.
• Monitor progress and manage risk, budget, and schedule.

Service provision requires hybrid work: minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (more office days allowed). Services must be provided from the territory of Poland.
